Change in Scope of Work. Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.
Change in Scope of Work. Notice of approved changes or amendments to this contract shall be provided to the Office of the State Auditor.

Change in Scope of Work. If either Party wishes to change the scope or performance of the Goods & Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to the other Party in writing. Promptly after receipt of any proposed change, the Parties shall negotiate and agree in writing signed by all parties on the terms of such change.
Change in Scope of Work. The Mississippi Department of Mental Health may order changes in the work consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions within the general scope of the contract. No services may be changed, no changes to the amount of compensation to the Contractor or other adjustments to the contract, unless such changes or adjustments have been made by written amendment to the contract signed by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health and the Contractor. If the Contractor believes that any particular work is not within the scope of the project, is a material change, or will otherwise require more compensation to the Contractor, the Contractor must immediately notify the Mississippi Department of Mental Health in writing of this belief. If the Mississippi Department of Mental Health believes that the particular work is within the scope of the contract as written, the Contractor will be ordered to and shall continue with the work as changed and at the cost stated for the work within the scope.
Change in Scope of Work. Subject to Section 3 above, if either Party wishes to change the scope or performance of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to the other Party in writing. Notwithstanding the above, Hawthorne may from time to time change the Services without the consent of Customer provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature or scope of the Services, the fees, or any performance dates set forth in the Agreement.
Change in Scope of Work. The City may order changes in the work consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions within the general scope of the Agreement. The Consultant may make no claims that the scope of the project or of the Consultant’s services has been changed, requiring changes to the amount of compensation to the Consultant, or other adjustments to the Contract, unless such changes or adjustments have been made by written amendment to the Contract signed by the City and Consultant. If the Consultant believes that any particular work is not within the scope of the project, is a material change, or will otherwise require more compensation to the Consultant, the Consultant must immediately notify the City in writing of such belief. If the City believes that the particular work is within the scope of the Contract as written, the Consultant will be ordered to and shall continue with the work as changed and at the cost stated for the work within the Scope of Services.
