Common use of Change in Terms of Your Account Clause in Contracts

Change in Terms of Your Account. We can change or add to any terms of your account at any time. We do not guarantee that the fees and the Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) on this account are for any particular length of time. Future changes will be made in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law. We will provide you with such notice as is required by applicable law. Such changes may apply to the existing balance on your account as well as to future balances in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law. If required by applicable law, we will permit you to reject certain types of changes, by providing us with written notice and closing your account and you would then be permitted to repay any balance on the account under the terms in effect prior to the change.
