Change in Work or Cost Increase. 5.1 WSDOT agrees that the amount shown in Exhibit B may not reflect the actual costs of the Work. Should the Utility determine that the Work costs for which WSDOT is responsible might exceed the cost estimate by more than ( ) percent, the Utility shall immediately notify WSDOT before performing any Work in excess of the Exhibit B estimate plus the additional percentage.
