CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR PARTICULARS. The Insured and Insured Person shall give immediate notice in writing to Us of any change in the Insured or Insured Person’s occupation, business, duties or pursuits and pay any additional premium that may be required by Us. Before each renewal of the Master Policy and Certificate of Insurance, the Insured and Insured Person must notify Us in writing of any injury, disease, physical defect or infirmity of which the Insured or Insured Person has become aware or been affected.
