Change of Address. The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and any Lender may each change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto.
Change of Address. (1) The Escrow Agent may change its address for delivery by delivering notice of the change of address to the Issuer and to each Securityholder.
(2) The Issuer may change its address for delivery by delivering notice of the change of address to the Escrow Agent and to each Securityholder.
(3) A Securityholder may change that Securityholder’s address for delivery by delivering notice of the change of address to the Issuer and to the Escrow Agent.
Change of Address. Any party may, from time to time, change its address for service hereunder by written notice to the other party in the manner aforesaid.
Change of Address. Date Notice Deemed Given. A change of address, fax number, or person to receive notice may be made by either party by notice given to the other party. Any notice or other communication under this contract shall be deemed given and sent at the time of actual delivery, if it is personally delivered or sent by fax. If the notice or other communication is sent by United States mail, it shall be deemed given upon the third calendar day following the day on which such notice or other communication is deposited with the United States Postal Service or upon actual delivery, whichever first occurs.
Change of Address. Either Party may at any time and from time to time notify the other Party in writing of a change of address and the new address to which notice shall be given to it thereafter until further change.

Each other Lender may change its address, facsimile or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by written notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. In addition, each Lender agrees to notify the Administrative Agent from time to time to ensure that the Administrative Agent has on record (i) an effective address, contact name, telephone number, facsimile number and electronic mail address to which notices and other communications may be sent and (ii) accurate wire instructions for such Lender. Furthermore, each Public Lender agrees to cause at least one individual at or on behalf of such Public Lender to at all times have selected the “Private-Side Information” or similar designation on the content declaration screen of the Platform in order to enable such Public Lender or its delegate, in accordance with such Public Lender’s compliance procedures and applicable Law, including United States Federal and state securities Laws, to make reference to Borrower Materials that are not made available through the “Public Side Information” portion of the Platform and that may contain material non-public information with respect to the Borrower or its securities for purposes of United States Federal or state securities laws.
