Common use of Change of Bond Trustee Clause in Contracts

Change of Bond Trustee. 8.1 If there is any change in the identity of the Bond Trustee in accordance with the Trust Deed, the parties of this Agreement shall execute such documents and take such action as the successor Bond Trustee and the outgoing Bond Trustee may reasonably require for the purpose of vesting in the successor Bond Trustee the rights of the outgoing Bond Trustee under this Agreement.

Change of Bond Trustee. 8.1 25.1 If there is any change in the identity of the Bond Trustee in accordance with the Trust Deed, the parties of this Agreement Servicer, each Seller and the Guarantor LP shall execute such documents and take such action as the successor Bond Trustee and the outgoing Bond Trustee may reasonably require for the purpose of vesting in the successor Bond Trustee the rights and obligations of the outgoing Bond Trustee under this Agreement and releasing the outgoing Bond Trustee from its future obligations under this Agreement.
