Change of Cash Manager. If there is any change in the identity of the Cash Manager, the other parties to this Agreement shall execute such documents and take such actions as the successor cash manager and the outgoing Cash Manager and the Security Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the successor cash manager the rights and obligations of the outgoing Cash Manager and releasing the outgoing Cash Manager from its future obligations under this Agreement.
