Common use of Change of Control Events Clause in Contracts

Change of Control Events. If the Executive's employment with the Company is terminated by either the Executive or the Company in accordance with Section 1(a) of this Agreement within two years after a Change of Control, in addition to the severance payment provided in Section 1(c), the Executive also shall be entitled to the Change of Control Payment provided in Section 2(c).

Change of Control Events. If the Executive's employment with the Company is terminated by either the Executive or the Company in accordance with Section 1(a) of this Agreement within either (i) 90 days prior to a Change of Control or (ii) two years after a Change of Control, in addition to the severance payment provided in Section 1(c), the Executive also shall be entitled to the Change of Control Payment provided in Section 2(c).
