Change of Control Severance. In the event that β (a) Your employment is terminated Without Cause, which as provided below, includes a termination by you of your employment because of a Breach by the Company of an employment agreement between you and the Company; and (b) The termination of your employment occurs within a period commencing thirty days prior to the effective date of a Change of Control and ending at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the second anniversary of the effective date of the Change of Control, you shall be entitled to the following:
