Common use of Change of Flag, Class, Management or Ownership Clause in Contracts

Change of Flag, Class, Management or Ownership. After delivery of any Vessel to the Borrower, change the flag of such Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the Lenders, its Classification Society other than to another member of the International Association of Classification Societies, the technical management of such Vessel other than to one or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Lenders or the immediate or ultimate ownership of such Vessel;

Change of Flag, Class, Management or Ownership. After delivery of any the Vessel to the Borrower, change the flag of such the Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the Lenders, its Classification Society other than to another member of the International Association of Classification Societies, the technical management of such the Vessel other than to one or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Lenders or the immediate or ultimate ownership of such the Vessel;

After delivery of any Vessel to the Borrower, change the flag of such the Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders, its their Classification Society other than to another member of the International Association of Classification Societies, the technical management of such the Vessel other than to one or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders or the immediate or ultimate ownership of such the Vessel;

After delivery of any Vessel to the Borrower, change the flag of such any Vessel or Collateral Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the LendersPermitted Jurisdiction, its their Classification Society other than to another member of the International Association of Classification SocietiesSocieties designated by the Borrowers and approved by the Administrative Agent, the technical management of such any Vessel other than to one or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders or the immediate or ultimate ownership of such any Vessel or Collateral Vessel;

After delivery of any Vessel to the Borrower, change Change (i) the flag of such a Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to another Designated Jurisdiction, other than with the Lenders, its prior written consent of all Lenders (ii) the Classification Society of a Vessel, (iii) the technical management of a Vessel other than to another member of the International Association of Classification Societies, the technical management of such Vessel other than to one Manager or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Lenders or (iv) the immediate or ultimate ownership of such a Vessel;

After delivery of any Vessel to the Borrower, change the flag of such any Vessel other than to a jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the LendersPermitted Jurisdiction, its their Classification Society other than to another member of the International Association of Classification SocietiesSocieties designated by the Borrowers and approved by the Administrative Agent, the technical management of such any Vessel other than to one or more technical management companies reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders or the immediate or ultimate ownership of such any Vessel;
