Common use of Change of Interest Basis Clause in Contracts

Change of Interest Basis. If Change of Interest Basis is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable, the Final Terms will indicate the relevant Interest Periods to which the Fixed Rate Note provisions, Floating Rate Note provisions and/or Zero Coupon Note provisions shall apply.
