Common use of Change of Intra-Group Lender Clause in Contracts

Change of Intra-Group Lender. Subject to Clause 8.4 (Acquisition of Intra-Group Liabilities) and to the terms of the other Debt Documents, any Intra-Group Lender may assign any of its rights and benefits or transfer any of its rights, benefits and obligations in respect of the Intra-Group Liabilities to another member of the Group if that member of the Group has (if not already party to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender) acceded to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender, pursuant to Clause 19.13 (Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking).

Subject to Clause 8.4 7.4 (Acquisition of Intra-Group Liabilities) and to the terms of the other Debt Documents, any Intra-Group Lender may assign any of its rights and benefits or transfer any of its rights, benefits and obligations in respect of the Intra-Group Liabilities to another member of the Group if that member of the Group has (if not already party to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender) acceded to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender, pursuant to Clause 19.13 19.9 (Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking).

Subject to Clause 8.4 clause 6.4 (Acquisition of Intra-Intra Group Liabilities) and to the terms of the other Debt Documents, any Intra-Intra Group Lender may assign any of its rights and benefits or transfer any of its rights, benefits and obligations in respect of the Intra-Intra Group Liabilities to another member of the Group if that member of the Group has (if not already party to this Agreement Deed as an Intra-Intra Group Lender) acceded to this Agreement Deed as an Intra-Intra Group Lender, pursuant to Clause 19.13 (Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking)clause 15.7.

Subject to Clause 8.4 (Acquisition of Intra-Group Liabilities) 6.4 and to the terms of the other Debt Documents, any Intra-Group Lender may assign any of its rights and benefits or transfer any of its rights, benefits and obligations in respect of the Intra-Group Liabilities to another member of the Group Obligor if that member of the Group has Obligor (if not already party to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender) has acceded to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender, Lender pursuant to Clause 19.13 (Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking)14.12.
