Common use of Change of Intra-Group Lender Clause in Contracts

Change of Intra-Group Lender. Subject to the terms of the other Debt Documents, any Intra-Group Lender may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations in respect of the Intra-Group Liabilities to another member of the Group if that member of the Group has (if not already a Party as an Intra-Group Lender) acceded to this Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender pursuant to the terms hereof.
