Common use of Change of Name or Address Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Address. Xxxxxxxx agrees to promptly notify the Bank in writing of any change in name or mailing address. Until Borrower notifies the Bank of updated information, the Bank can send statements, notices, and other communications to the name and address in the Bank’s records, and they will be deemed effectively delivered for all purposes. If Xxxxxxxx’s mailing address appears to no longer be valid (e.g., mail is returned undelivered), Xxxxxxxx agrees that the Bank can suspend mailing Xxxxxxxx’s statements, notices, and other communications until a valid address is received from the Borrower.
