Common use of Change of Name or Location; Records Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Location; Records. The Servicer (i) shall not change its name, move the location of its principal executive office or change its jurisdiction of incorporation, without 30 days’ prior written notice to the Borrower and the Deal Agent, and (ii) shall not move, or consent to the Collateral Custodian moving the Loan Documents without 30 days’ prior written notice to the Borrower and the Deal Agent and (iii) will promptly take all actions required by each relevant jurisdiction in order to continue the first priority perfected security interest of the Deal Agent, as agent for the Secured Parties, in all Collateral including delivery of an Opinion of Counsel.
