Change of Ownership Fees. In the event that you are unable to complete the mandatory contractual period of your contract, Hot Yoga Oxenford may offer you the opportunity to transfer the remainder of your contractual obligation and the associated monthly payments to another consenting person. The person taking over the ownership of the current contract must sign the contractual agreement and agree to all terms and conditions presented within it, including any associated payments/direct debits. Any requests for change of ownership will incur a $25 administration processing fee.

  • Change of Ownership Contractor agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership of Contractor’s business prior to completion of this Contract, the new owners shall be required under terms of sale or other transfer to assume Contractor’s duties and obligations contained in this Contract and complete them to the satisfaction of County.
