Common use of Change of Partners Clause in Contracts

Change of Partners. This Agreement may be amended by the General Partner, without notice to or consent of any other Partners, to reflect the admission, resignation or withdrawal of any Partner or the assignment by any Partner of the whole or any part of such Partner’s interest in the Partnership, under or pursuant to the terms hereof or the Civil Code or any other applicable law.

Change of Partners. This Agreement may be amended by the General Partner, Partner without notice to or consent of any other Partners, Partners to reflect the admission, resignation retirement or withdrawal removal of any Partner Partner, or the assignment by any Partner of the whole or any part of such Partner’s its interest in the Partnership, under or pursuant to the terms hereof of this Agreement or the Civil Code or any other applicable lawAct.

Change of Partners. This Agreement may be amended by the General Partner, without notice to or consent of any other of the Limited Partners, to reflect the admission, resignation or withdrawal of any Partner Limited Partner, or the assignment by any Limited Partner of the whole or any part of such Partner’s interest in the Partnership, its Interest under or pursuant to the terms hereof or of the Civil Code or any other applicable lawPartnership Act (British Columbia).

Change of Partners. This Notwithstanding Section 14.1 hereof, this Agreement may be amended in writing by the General Partner, without notice to or consent of any other the Limited Partners, to reflect the admission, resignation or withdrawal of any Partner Limited Partner, provided that any such admission, resignation or the assignment withdrawal is permitted by any Partner and effected in compliance with this Agreement and a copy of this Agreement as amended is immediately provided to each of the whole or any part of such Partner’s interest in the Partnership, under or pursuant to the terms hereof or the Civil Code or any other applicable lawLimited Partners.
