Common use of Change of Reported Matters Clause in Contracts

Change of Reported Matters. (1) Immediate written notice shall be given to this office of the Bank in the event that bills, notes, cheques, forms for promissory notes or cheques are lost or in the event that a name, trade name, representative, attorney, address or any other matter previously reported to the Bank is changed.
