Change of Schedule. (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.
Change of Schedule. When a change to an employee’s work schedule takes place, the effective date of the new schedule will commence after the employee’s previously scheduled days of rest. Where the employee works his scheduled days of rest, the applicable overtime rates will apply.
Change of Schedule. An employee regularly assigned to work second or third shift may be scheduled to a day shift for the duration of scheduled absences such as jury duty, mandatory training and development, etc. For a single shift incident, if the employee’s rest period is impacted, the employee will be paid at the applicable overtime rate for the hours of attendance and allowed to return to work an equal amount of time after the beginning of the regular shift.
Change of Schedule. Vacation schedules shall be included in the approved Instructional Plan and may not be changed except by mutual agreement between the College and the employee.

Change of Schedule. A freelance shift may have the start or end time changed by 17:00 hours one (1) day previous.
Change of Schedule. Each employee shall be notified of any change in starting time as much in advance as possible. The Company will be deemed to have given notice when such notice has been posted, provided that the employee is scheduled to work in, or from, the location where the notice is posted at some time after the notice is posted, but at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the new starting time. At the time of notification, the proposed shift shall be clearly identified to the employee. If such notice is not given, the employee shall be credited with the hours originally scheduled, plus any additional hours, at the employee's regular straight time hourly rate. If all hours credited are actually worked, normal overtime, penalties and premiums shall apply.
Change of Schedule. The employer may choose to modify an employee’s work schedule for the benefit of the Department. Changes to the work schedule will either be Short-term or Long-term.
Change of Schedule a) The Union will not counsel members against employee input into the scheduling process on the understanding that the schedule of working hours will be posted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the week to which they apply. Changes to the posted work schedule shall be brought to the attention of the employee by personal contact whenever possible. Requests for change in posted time schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by an Employee willing to exchange shifts or days off. It is understood that such change in days off or shift initiated by the Employee and approved by the supervisor shall not result in overtime payment.
Change of Schedule a. The Employer may provide alternate work schedules if such schedules are consistent with its needs.
