Change of Seller's Name. Each Seller covenants that it shall, immediately following the Closing, make all filings necessary to change each Seller’s legal name to a name that does not include the words and/or phrases “CLMBR”, “CLIMBER” or any derivative thereof or associated words and phrases and shall immediately cease use of such name. Sellers shall deliver evidence of such name change to Buyer within five (5) Business Days following the Closing Date.
Change of Seller's Name. Seller agrees that after the Closing Date it shall not use or employ in any manner, directly or indirectly, the name "SWISS RESEARCH" and that it will take and cause to be taken any and all necessary action in order to make this change in its name on or before the Closing Date.

Seller shall promptly thereafter deliver to the Purchaser true and complete copies of Seller's articles of incorporation, as so amended, certified by the Secretary of State of North Carolina, and certificates of the Secretary of State of each other jurisdiction in which it is authorized to transact business, evidencing the good standing of Seller in each such other jurisdiction under its new name. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller may, for a reasonable period of time, use its current supply of printed checks and stationery. *Selected portions have been deleted as confidential pursuant to Rule 24b-2. Complete copies of the entire exhibit have been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission and marked "CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT."
Change of Seller's Name. Promptly after Closing, Seller shall change its name to eliminate the words “Diabetic Plus” and shall not adopt a name with any reference to “Diabetic” or “Plus” or any words confusingly similar thereto.

Seller shall provide Buyer with evidence of all such filings within five (5) business days following the Closing Date. From and after the Closing, Seller shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates not to, use any words or terms (in any combination) that are identical or confusingly similar to, or a colorable imitation or dilutive of the words and terms “ForSaleByOwner,” “XxxXxxxXxXxxxx.xxx,” and/or “FSBO”.
Change of Seller's Name. Seller acknowledges that from and after the Closing Date it has no right to use its present trade name "CurleyMed Staffing Solutions" and the other trade names included in the Assets. Seller agrees that, immediately after the Closing, it will take all such action as is necessary to permit Buyer to have the exclusive right to such trade names.

Not later than thirty (30) days after the Closing Date, each Seller shall change its corporate name to a name which does not include any of the words “Focus,” “Lighthouse,” “Meadowood” or “Jedburg;” provided, however, that Sellers shall not be required to change the name of Focus Healthcare of Tennessee, LLC (but such name may only be used following the Closing in connection with the operation of the behavioral health facility operated by Focus Healthcare of Tennessee, LLC at the Execution Date and located in Chattanooga, Tennessee).
