Articles of Incorporation definition

Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Trust, or other similar organizational document as the case may be, of a Fund as the same may be amended from time to time.
Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation of the General Partner filed with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, as amended or restated from time to time.
