Subject to Clause 1.18 (Other jurisdiction terms), if any party incorporated in Norway (the "Norwegian Obligated Party") is required to hold an amount on trust on behalf of any other party (the "Norwegian Beneficiary"), the Norwegian Obligated Party shall hold such money as agent for the Norwegian Beneficiary in a separate escrow account and shall promptly pay or transfer the same to the Norwegian Beneficiary or as the Norwegian Beneficiary may direct.
Nothing in this Agreement precludes either party from bringing Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (outside, if this Agreement is expressed to be governed by English law, the Contracting States, as defined in Section 1(3) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or any modification, extension or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force) nor will the bringing of Proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the bringing of Proceedings in any Other jurisdiction.
