Common use of Change of Terminals, etc Clause in Contracts

Change of Terminals, etc. Present terminals, breaking points, or domiciles shall not be transferred or changed without the Employer first having asked for and received approval from the appropriate Change of Operations Committee. This shall not apply within a twenty-five (25) mile radius, or within the jurisdiction of a Local Union. (Change of domicile for the purpose of having opposing labor and runs is not prohibited by this Section.)
