Change or Closure of Business, Business Unit or Location. In the event that, after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd changes locations or closes a business, business unit or location related to the furnishing of items or services that may be reimbursed by Federal health care programs, Good Shepherd shall notify OIG of this fact as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the date of change or closure of the business, business unit or location.
