Change or Closure of Business, Business Unit or Location. In the event that, after the Effective Date, CHSI changes locations or closes a business, business unit or hospital related to the furnishing of items or services that may be reimbursed by Federal health care programs, CHSI shall notify OIG of this fact as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the date of change or closure of the business, business unit or hospital.
