In the event that, after the Effective Date, Xxxxx changes locations or closes a location related to the furnishing of items or services that may be reimbursed by Federal health care programs, Xxxxx shall notify OIG of this fact as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the date of change or closure of the location.
