Change or Modification of Services. During the Subscription Term, Elad may update, change or modify the Service (including, due to regulation requirements, technological needs, industry practices etc.) ("Change"). Elad will provide the Customer with a written notice prior to any Change (including the implication of such Change to the functionality of the Service, the Subscription Fee or otherwise, if any). The Change will enter into force following completion of the then current calendar month, and once incorporated in the Service - will form an integral part of the Service. To the extent Customer is not interested in such Change, Customer will be entitled, as a sole and exclusive remedy to: (a) terminate the subscription following completion of the then current calendar month; (b) receive a pro-rata refund of the Service Fees paid by the Customer (to the extent paid) for the Service that was not used by the Customer following such cancelation notice, provided that such Service Fees were paid for a period which exceeds the termination date of the Agreement.
