Customer will. Customer will. (a) use the Services in accordance with the Agreement and all applicable laws. Customer remains responsible for the use of and access to the Services by Users and reasonably causing their compliance with the obligations under the Agreement where applicable to Users;
(b) comply with the reasonable Aptum policies and guidelines notified to Customer;
(c) reasonably cooperate with Aptum’s investigations of outages, security problems and any suspected breach of the Agreement;
(d) without delay notify Aptum of any unauthorized use of the Services, any other breach or suspected breach of the security of the Services that Customer becomes aware of;
(e) pay all undisputed Fees and applicable taxes in accordance with the terms of the Agreement; and
(f) reasonably cooperate with Aptum to determine any tax-exempt status applicable to the Customer.
Customer will. Select and notify Boeing of the suppliers of BFE items by those dates appearing in Supplemental Exhibit BFE1 to the applicable purchase agreement at the time of aircraft purchase.

Customer will a. be responsible for Users’ compliance with the Agreement and Order Forms,
b. be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data, the means by which Customer acquired Customer Data, Customer’s use of Customer Data with the Services, c. prevent unauthorized access to or use of Services, and notify FinDock promptly of any such unauthorized access or use and
Customer will. 27.4.1 comply with, and its acts or omissions will not cause Liquid to be in breach of the data protection and privacy legislation or other applicable law or regulation as they may be amended from time to time;
27.4.2 obtain adequate consents from its customers and employees, including for transfers of personal data; and
27.4.3 be responsible for the instructions it may give to Liquid regarding the processing of personal data. Liquid will act on those instructions as reasonably necessary for the provision of Service.
Customer will keep secure and confidential all passwords used by Customer and Authorised Users in connection with the Services; and
