Change or Termination of Services. Unless circumstances beyond HEALTHeLINK’s control require it, changes to the HIE or the Services that reduce or limit the functionality or levels of service provided shall not be made without the prior approval of HEALTHeLINK’s Board of Directors and not on less than ninety (90) days prior notice to Participants.
