Common use of Change Order Reports Clause in Contracts

Change Order Reports. Contractor shall not issue instructions to Trade Contractors for changes in the work which are contrary to the District and Architect. Any such communication between the Contractor and the Trade Contractors shall not in any way be construed as binding on District. Contractor shall prepare and distribute change order reports on a monthly basis throughout the Construction Services Phase. This report will provide information pertaining to proposed and executed change orders and their effect on the GMP and master construction schedule as of the date of the report.
