An Emergency Escalation consists of the following minimum elements: electronic (i.e., email or SMS) and/or voice contact notification to the Registry Operator’s emergency operations department with detailed information concerning the issue being escalated, including evidence of monitoring failures, cooperative trouble-­‐shooting of the monitoring failure between ICANN staff and the Registry Operator, and the commitment to begin the process of rectifying issues with either the monitoring service or the service being monitoring.

  • Rejection of Work Using the Notice of Non-Conforming Work procedures outlined in the General Conditions, the Design Professional shall reject work that does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents or that does not comply with the applicable laws and codes. The Design Professional shall have authority to order testing of the Work, as is provided in the Contract Documents or as otherwise required in its judgment, whether such work is fabricated, installed, or completed.

  • Purchase Order A Customer may use purchase orders to buy commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract and, if applicable, the Contractor must provide commodities or contractual services pursuant to purchase orders. Purchase orders issued pursuant to the Contract must be received by the Contractor no later than the close of business on the last day of the Contract’s term. The Contractor is required to accept timely purchase orders specifying delivery schedules that extend beyond the Contract term even when such extended delivery will occur after expiration of the Contract. Purchase orders shall be valid through their specified term and performance by the Contractor, and all terms and conditions of the Contract shall survive the termination or expiration of the Contract and apply to the Contractor’s performance. The duration of purchase orders for recurring deliverables shall not exceed the expiration of the Contract by more than twelve months. Any purchase order terms and conditions conflicting with these Special Contract Conditions shall not become a part of the Contract.

Nothing in this clause shall affect our right to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law. (b) Such legal process or document shall be deemed to have been duly served on you on the day it was personally delivered or transmitted by telex, facsimile or electronic mail or if sent by post, on the day immediately after the posting, notwithstanding that it may be returned to us undelivered.
