Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).
Certified counselor means an individual who is certified by a training program or certifying organization, approved by the director, that authenticates the competence of individuals who provide education and assistance to other individuals in connection with debt counseling and financial counseling functions.
Adequacy Decision means a decision issued by the European Commission that a country or region or a category of recipients in such country or region is deemed to provide an “adequate” level of data protection.
Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).
Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.
Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).
Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
Certified inspector means an employee or agent of a VESCP authority who (i) holds a certificate of competence from the Board in the area of project inspection or (ii) is enrolled in the Board's training program for project inspection and successfully completes such program within one year after enrollment.
Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.
Additional Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(c).
Additional Lenders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.18(b).
Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.
Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);
Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Competitive Bid Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from a Competitive Bid Advance made by such Lender.
Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
