CHANGE ORDERS AND AMENDMENTS. 8.1.1 The County Board of Supervisors or Chief Executive Officer or designee may require the addition and/or change of certain terms and conditions in this Master Agreement during the term of this Master Agreement. The County reserves the right to add and/or change such provisions as required by the County Board of Supervisors or Chief Executive Officer. 6.4 Notwithstanding Paragraph 6.3 above, for (1) any Option Term extension of this Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 7.2 below, (2) modifications pursuant to Section 39.0 (Assignment by Contractor) of Exhibit A (Additional Terms and Conditions) of this Agreement, and (3) any increase or decrease in the number of County-required hardware computing devices, handheld electronic ticket-writer computing devices, and/or ALPR systems, provided such increase or decrease does not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the originally required number, an Amendment to this Agreement shall be executed by Sheriff and Contractor.
