Common use of Change Orders to Contract Clause in Contracts

Change Orders to Contract. Developer shall obtain the written approval of ACHD before approving any change order in the construction contract if (i) the cost of the change order will exceed one percent (1%) of the original contract price; and/or (ii) the cumulative total of all previously approved change orders exceeds ten percent (10%) of the original contract price.
