Work Order. (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
Work Order. A written directive to the Contractor issued on or after issuance of the Purchase Order the Effective Date of the Agreement and signed by the Procurement Director/Procurement Agent ordering an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work described in a Purchase Order issued when in the sole discretion of the Owner the terms thereof do not impact the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or when in the sole discretion of the Owner the circumstances do not allow sufficient time for issuance of a Change Order.
Work Order. A Work Order can be agreed between Service Provider and Customer in writing or by Service Provider sending Customer a Work Order proposal by e-mail and Customer accepting this proposal. Service Provider will provide the Professional Services either by itself or by its subcontractors. Each Work Order hereto will form an agreement separate from all the other Work Orders and each Work Order shall be subject to the terms of Agreement.
Work Order. This document constitutes a “Work Order” under the Master Agreement and this Work Order and the services contemplated herein are subject to the terms and provisions of the Master Agreement.
Work Order. Within the validity period of the tender, the Employer shall issue a work order by registered post / courier or otherwise handover personally to the contractor to enter into an agreement for carrying out the work as per the terms of the tender. The work order shall constitute a binding contract between the Employer and the Contractor.
Work Order. Contractor shall resume the stopped work only upon receipt of written instructions from the CAO canceling the stop work order.
Work Order. A supplementary agreement to provide services for a particular project, which shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. Work Orders will be issued in substantially the same form as that provided in the attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit “C”.
Work Order. (Routine Maintenance) All work required due to normal wear and tear will shall be completed at no additional cost to the stakeholder as explained on the expanded service matrix.
Work Order. A subordinate agreement executed wholly within and subject to the provisions of this Master Agreement, for the performance of tasks and/or provision of deliverables as described in a specification or a Statement of Work. Each Work Order shall result from a solicitation. No work shall be performed by the Contractors except in accordance with an executed Work Orders.
