Common use of Changes and Termination Clause in Contracts

Changes and Termination. We reserve the right to change any of the terms of these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, for any reason. However, when no prior notice is provided, we will make every effort to inform you of such changes as soon as possible after they are made. If these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms are terminated, you must contact Aeroplan about the Aeroplan Program and the Aeroplan Miles that you earned under these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms. We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms or the Aeroplan Miles earned under these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms, without notice, for any reason, including if you abuse these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms privileges, do not comply with this Agreement, misrepresent any information provided by you or if you conduct yourself in a manner detrimental to us or to the interests of these Aeroplan Credit Card Terms.
