Common use of Changes by Resident Clause in Contracts

Changes by Resident. a. Once assigned, a resident is not permitted to change their Residence or room assignment without prior written permission from Residence Administration. b. If a new Residence or room assignment is approved, the Resident charged a $300.00 fee to cover cleaning and administrative costs, and their fees may be adjusted to reflect the new Residence or room assignment.
