CHANGES DURING THE LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be amended by mutual and voluntary written consent of the parties. If the Springfield School Committee deems it necessary to make changes to this Agreement in order to maximize the rapid improvement of academic achievement for Empowerment Zone Students, it may invoke the provisions of Chapter 69, Section 1J (g).
