Changes to the Agreement. XOOM may make changes to any term or condition in this Agreement at any time except for the electricity price. We will notify you of any material change to the Agreement in writing at least forty- five (45) days before any such change be applied to your bill or take effect. If you do not terminate the Agreement before the effective date of the change, the change will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Moving: When moving to an address within your Local Utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address when you move to an address within your Local Utility’s service territory, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your Local Utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Changes to the Agreement. 15.1 The LME may unilaterally modify or update the terms of the Agreement so far as is reasonable and within the LME’s commercial interests from time to time, providing reasonable notice as detailed in clause 15.2 below. 15.2 Where a proposed change to the Agreement is made: (a) in connection, for whatever reason, with a change in any applicable law or regulation, the LME shall not be required to give the Licensee prior notice of such change but shall apply its reasonable endeavours to give as much notice as is practicable in the circumstances; (b) to the Fees, clause 5.6 shall apply; or (c) other than in connection with clauses 15.2(a) or 15.2(b), the LME shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the Licensee of the proposed change at least ninety (90) days before such change takes effect. The LME may provide less notice if the LME determines that it is not reasonably possible to give at least ninety (90) days' notice. 15.3 If the Licensee objects to a material change notified by the LME in accordance with Clause 15.2, the Licensee shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement with effect from the day the change comes into effect by the provision of at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice (or if less than thirty (30) days' notice of a change is given by the LME under clause 15.2, by the provision of as much notice as is practicable in the circumstances).
Changes to the Agreement. 19.1 If any changes are made, they will be publicised on Our Website at least two months before the changes take effect (unless the law requires or permits Us to make a more immediate change or in the event of a change to the exchange rate). Copies of the most up-to-date version of the Agreement will be made available on Our Website at all times and will be sent to You by email upon request free of charge at any time during the Agreement. 19.2 We will also notify You of any change to the Agreement by email or via your Online Account Centre or Pleo App at least two months in advance. You will be deemed to have accepted the change if You do not notify Us otherwise prior to the date the change takes effect and continue to use the Card. If You do not accept the change, You may end this Agreement immediately and free of charge before the expiry of the notice. 19.3 There may be times when we will have to change this Agreement without notice or with a notice shorter than two months but this would happen in a very limited number of cases and only for legal, regulatory or security reasons, or to enable the proper delivery of the Card scheme. If this is the case, we will notify you of such changes with as much notice as possible, or as soon as possible after the change has taken effect if advance notice is not possible. Your right under clause 11.3 to terminate the Agreement at any time free of charge would not be affected.
Changes to the Agreement. You may make changes to this Agreement to correct clerical errors without notice to me. You may make other changes to the Terms and Conditions if you notify me of such changes. You may give me this notice by posting on the Credit Union’s website (if applicable) AND either by mail OR electronically if I bank electronically. Changes to the Agreement. 17.1 Client agrees that we may make changes to the Agreement from time to time. We shall give Client two (2) months' notice of changes in the Agreement, unless shorter period is necessitated by a Regulatory change, or is allowed by law, via email sent to Client email address and/or by notifying Client in the online account or the website of the Service before their proposed date of entry into force. 17.2 Client understands and agrees that Client will be deemed to have accepted the changes unless Client notifies us to the contrary by notice, as provided in clause 18.5, prior to the date on which the changes are to come into effect, in which case the Agreement will terminate without charge for termination immediately before the effective date of the changes. 17.3 Nothing in Section 17 will limit: (a) our right to update and revise our policies from time to time or to add new features to the Service from time to time without prior notice, which may be accepted by Client by using the new feature. Such revisions may take place using a method chosen at our discretion, and such method may include email communication or publication on our website for the Service; and (b) The Parties' right to vary the terms of this Section 17, where the variation is not prohibited by law and both Parties agree to it.
Changes to the Agreement. Service Provider reserves the right to change the Agreement and/or the Subscription Fee ("Change"). Unless otherwise set forth in the Services Description, Service Provider will notify Customer about the Change with at least four (4) weeks prior notice (“Change Notification”). Customer has the right to object to the change with two (2) weeks prior notice before the change is intended to become effective ("Change Effective Date"). If the Customer does not object in due time, this shall be deemed as Customer’s acceptance of the Change and the Change shall become effective at the Change Effective Date. If Customer objects in due time, Service Provider may choose to either continue the Agreement with Customer under the terms of this Agreement without the Change, or to terminate the Agreement with effect at the Change Effective Date. Service Provider will specifically inform Customer about Service Provider’s termination right, the notice period for Customer’s objection, the Change Effective Date and the consequences of not objecting to the Change Notification.
Changes to the Agreement. 6.1 Except as set out in this clause 6, the terms of this Agreement may only be changed if Royal Mail and you agree in writing. 6.2 Royal Mail may by giving not less than 6 months' notice published on the PAF® Licensing Centre change the frequency of Multiple Residence updates you receive. You will pay the applicable Data Supply Fee for that frequency from the time stated in that notice. 6.3 Royal Mail may by giving not less than 3 months' notice published on the PAF® Licensing Centre change the Data Supply Fees or the arrangements for their charging and payment set out in the Schedule, provided that such changes apply to all persons contracting with Royal Mail on standard terms for the supply of Multiple Residence. 6.4 Royal Mail may change the terms of this Agreement by giving not less than 3 months' notice published on the PAF® Licensing Centre: 6.4.1 where such change has previously been notified to and discussed with the PAF Advisory Board and OFCOM (or their respective successor bodies); or 6.4.2 if the change is necessary to comply with the law.
