Changes in Aggregate Commitment. If any reduction in or increase of the Aggregate Commitment occurs between the date of this Assignment Agreement and the Effective Date, the percentage interest specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 shall remain the same, but the dollar amount purchased shall be recalculated based on the reduced or increased Aggregate Commitment.
