Common use of CHANGES IN APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

CHANGES IN APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. No “Material Changes” (as defined below) to the Approved Plans and Specifications shall be made without District’s prior written approval. If Developer desires to make any Material Changes to the Approved Plans and Specifications, Developer shall submit the proposed changes in writing to District for approval, which approval shall be granted or withheld in District’s sole discretion. District agrees that it shall respond to any such request within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed sixty (60) days. “
