Changes in Award Prices. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in any exhibit to this Agreement, the Award Prices will not be increased and any discount will not be eliminated or reduced during the Term. In addition to any changes made to assure market competitiveness, Supplier may lower the Award Prices or increase any discount applicable to the purchase of the Products at any time.
