Bid. The offer or proposal of the Bidder submitted in the prescribed form setting forth the prices for the Work to be performed.
Bid. The formal offer of the Bidder submitted on the prescribed Bid Form together with the required Bid security and all information submitted with the Bid that pertains to performance of the Work.
Bid. A bid is a written request by a full-time regular employee who is eligible to bid on a vacancy or newly established duty assignment. Such requests shall be submitted to the supervisor where the vacancy exists.
Bid. The Purchaser acknowledges that, prior to making its bid, the Purchaser understood that its bid was irrevocable and subject to the terms and conditions of the Notice of Foreclosure Sale and this Memorandum of Foreclosure Sale (hereinafter the “Agreement”).
Bid. Contractor has heretofore submitted on [insert date] a bid to carry out the Project, true copies of relevant parts are attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference.
Bid. The bid is open for all full-time employees. The bid will be posted in the same manner as all other posi- tions. The bid will be awarded to the employee with the earliest full-time seniority date (i.e. for drivers, the date used will be their full-time driver seniority date, and for full-time inside employees, the date used will be their full-time seniority date).
Bid. Employees shall be permitted to request vacation on the basis of classification seniority annually. All days of the year shall be available for the annual seniority bid. The vacation schedule shall be posted as of December 1st and will be closed as of January 1st. Subsequent changes to the bid may be made only by mutual consent of the parties. Employees may submit a request for three blocks of time off during each annual bid. Based upon classification seniority and subject to reasonable operation needs of the Department, employees shall be awarded three bids. Each employee will be allowed to exercise their first bid choice before any employee is granted a second bid choice. Each employee will then be allowed to exercise their third bid choice after the completion of the second bid choice. Junior members of the bargaining unit may not be awarded three bids, if they are outbid by more senior members.
Bid. Refers to a signed offer or proposal to undertake a contract submitted by a bidder in response to and in consonance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
Bid. Supplier has responded to Novation's Invitation to Bid by submitting its written offer ("Bid") to Novation consisting of this Agreement, the listing of Products and pricing therefor ("Award Prices") attached hereto as Exhibit A, the other specifications attached hereto as Exhibit B ("Non-Price Specifications") and any other materials required to be submitted in accordance with the Bid Instructions.
Bid. I agree to perform the Work in compliance with the Bid Documents, for the prices stated in Section 0-01.3(1) of the Bid Form.
