Common use of Change(s) in Carriers Clause in Contracts

Change(s) in Carriers. If, at any date following the ratification of this Agreement, the Board elects to change the insurance carriers that provide any of the coverage and services specified herein, the Association President shall be notified in writing thirty (30) days, if possible, but in no event later than fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the change in carriers. At the time of said notification, the Board shall provide to the Association a complete copy of the bid specifications or the certificate of insurance for the new plan setting forth in detail the specifications of coverage and services to be provided by the new carrier.

Change(s) in Carriers. At the time of said notification, the Board shall provide to the Association Union a complete copy of the bid specifications or the certificate of insurance for the new plan setting forth in detail the specifications of coverage and services to be provided by the new carrier.
