CHANGES IN CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL OR SUBCONTRACTOR PERSONNEL. This section contains provisions allowing rate and classification changes without a formal amendment. Exhibit D contains the rules for adding or replacing personnel and subcontractors listed in the Agreement. When a Contractor makes personnel and subcontractor changes in accordance with Exhibit D that do not require a formal amendment, the following rules explain the rates and classifications for which the Contractor can invoice. Changes outside of these rules require a formal amendment to the Agreement.
