Changes in Governing Board. The names of the Governing Board Members and the School’s Chief Administrator/Principal must be current at all times and the Sponsor shall be notified within five (5) days of any changes. The procedures for the replacement of Governing Board Members shall be set forth in the Governing Board’s Bylaws. The replacement of the initial Governing Board Members must be done in staggered terms to ensure continuity in leadership and oversight. Members of the School’s organizing group not serving on the School’s Governing Board are not allowed to vote for Governing Board Members or approve changes to the School’s Articles or Bylaws.
