The Governors may remove the chairman or vice-chairman from office in accordance with these Articles. A resolution to remove the chairman or vice-chairman from office which is passed at a meeting of the Governors shall not have effect unless: it is confirmed by a resolution passed at a second meeting of the Governors held not less than fourteen days after the first meeting; and the matter of the chairman's or vice-chairman's removal from office is specified as an item of business on the agenda for each of those meetings.
