Changes in Law or Guidance. The Parties agree that, following any changes or amendments to Applicable Data Protection Law, any changes in relation to an adequacy decision or any associated guidelines and instructions issued by relevant national authorities that affect the General Terms ("DP Legal or Guidance Update"), both Parties agree to cooperate in good faith to renegotiate these terms to ensure compliance with the applicable DP Legal or Guidance Update. Schedule 2 US PRIVACY SCHEDULE This Schedule 2 shall only apply where the Supplier receives Loqate Data as part of the provision of the Services.
