Changes in Membership Class. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Bylaws, upon a petition from a Member, the WECC staff (subject to review by the Governance Committee and appeal to the Board) may allow the Member to change Member Class if the interest of the Member is more closely aligned with the proposed Class than the Member’s current Class.
