Changes in Names, Jurisdiction of Organization or Corporate Structure. Except as set forth on Schedule 1(b) hereto, neither the Company nor any other Grantor has changed its name within the past five (5) years. Except as set forth on Schedule 1(c) hereto, neither the Company nor any other Grantor has changed its (i) jurisdiction of organization within the past five (5) years or (ii) its corporate structure in any way (e.g. by merger, consolidation, change in corporate form, change in jurisdiction of organization or otherwise) within the past five (5) years.
